The “COVID-19 Loan Guarantee Fund” was created to ease businesses’ access to working capital loans, through the provision of guarantees, in a portfolio with a maximum loss amount (cap). Its objective is to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the operation of businesses, by enhancing their liquidity with working capital loans.

The Hellenic Development Bank has designed and is implementing the new TEPIX II: Subprogram 3, for the benefit of the businesses affected by the pandemic Covid-19. The aim is to provide long-term and substantial support to the financial liquidity of these companies, so that they can face the consequences of the suspension or reduction of their operations with greater resilience. ”
